 The Order Process
  1. To start the order process, complete the order form below.
  2. A 16ixty representative will be assigned to you and will assist you with every step of the registration and setup process.
  3. You will be contacted by your 16ixty representative, who will provide you with:
    • Application documentation
    • Setup fee invoice.
  4. When the application documentation is completed and payment for the setup fee is received, your 16ixty representative will submit your number request.
  5. Your number will be activated with the three South African networks. This setup procedure usually takes 10 days to complete.
  6. As soon as your shortcode has been issued, your 16ixty message manager will be setup, activated
    and tested.
  7. You are now ready to send and receive SMS messages!
